    Our Methodology

The methodology we use to develop our Custom Formulations enables us to deliver the best possible

product to our customers. This methodology has four phases: Requirements Definition, Development,

     Test & Refine, and Delivery.

  1. Requirements Definition

In the first phase of our interaction with you, we work with you to define the specific

composition of the products you require for your business applications and production processes.

Our chemists will meet with your production staff and work with them to understand your application

in preparation for the Development phase.

  2. Development:

During the Development phase, our development team takes the information gathered in

the Requirements Definition phase and uses it to custom formulate a solution with your

    specific business application in mind.

  3. Test & Refine

Once the formulation is developed we provide you with a sample which enables you to test the

formulation in your business applications to ensure that it meets your production needs before you

commit to an order. We then take the results of your testing and use them to refine the formulation

until it's compsition optimizes the efficiency of your production processes.

  4. Delivery

We deliver our products on time and in the format of your choice. We understand that storing the raw

materials you use in your production processes efficiently will reduce the overall cost of your operation.

When your order is placed, we define your packaging requirements and allow you to choose the package

or container from our wide selection that will best fit itself into your comany's storage environment.
